Individual Therapy
Individual therapy offers a space to both manage current symptoms and explore the deeper patterns that may be shaping your experience. Together, we look at core emotional wounds and recurring responses, helping you understand why certain thoughts, feelings, or behaviours arise and the impact of them.
My approach focuses on working with yourself rather than against yourself. By developing awareness of both emotional and physical experience, we begin to understand how the body responds to stress, anxiety, and past experiences. This information can enpower you to create the change you need.
The aim is not constant calm or control, but building the capacity to stay present with what you feel — physically and emotionally — with greater awareness and compassion. This can support a shift away from patterns of disconnection, avoidance, or self-criticism, towards a more grounded and connected way of being.

What to Expect
After you get in touch we will arrange a quick call to gather more information.
If you feel like you want to proceed we will book in an assessment session. This enables both of us to get a sense of whether working together could be benefical for you.
Together we can discuss whether open ended of a specfic amount of sessions are needed.
We will check in as we move through the work to fine tune what is needed.
Therapy is a 50 min session, while there may be alot you encounter during this time, it will be in the space inbetween where alot may be processed.
Giving yourself space for reflection will benefit the work you do.
